The FLYBIRD Squat Stand is a great choice and well suited to small home gyms and large-scale weight-training facilities. FLYBIRD utilizes commercial thickness, high-quality steel to bring you a comfortable and stable squat rack. There are 22 height positions can be adjusted, adapting to different workouts. The unique width adjustment design can perfectly fit most 6FT and 7FT barbell bars. A minimum of 1 square meter's footprint is an excellent choice for building a home gym at room, garage, or basement. Semi-frame construction also brings no-limited workout space.

The Pull-Up Bar covered with soft foam, brings a comfortable using experience. No matter the wide or narrow grip, it helps you build a full range of back muscles and upper body strength. The racks' height is 83'', which gives ample space for pull-ups under 8FT ceiling.

Spotter arms' length is 16.7'', built with 1.2x1.2 solid steel, protective plastic liners at the contact surface, with a stable triangle structure below, making the spotter arms durable and safe enough during use.
