The idea of the Rep Buddy Glass Terrarium is designed by American herpetologists of reptiles and amphibians. The material we use for it is automotive grade float glass, ABS plastic frame, and painted metal mesh, with a light transmittance of up to 90%, making it strong and sturdy, and providing a 360°panoramic view to create a natural and comfortable habitat for your pets.
The glass terrarium comes with a ventilated and feedable top cover with an anti-escape screen mesh lid, facilitating the use of light boxes or other fixtures. The terrarium is also water-proof, allowing you to inject water up to 4.5 inches in height inside for your pets. Additionally, the glass terrarium is equipped with a thermometer and rainforest carpet as accessories.
The Rep Buddy glass terrarium is suitable for various reptiles and amphibians, such as tortoises, horned frogs, snakes, lizards, spiders, hermit crabs, and geckos. The 360°high transparent terrarium ensures continuous light source and power, allowing you to create desert or rainforest landscapes and add a heating mat at the bottom or lamp on the top.
The float glass used in the Rep Buddy glass terrariums has high mechanical strength, flatness, and transmittance, better than other plate glass. There is no water ripple on the surface, and no deformation, ensuring a pure and highly transparent view of the landscape. The compact, heavy, and smooth structure is not easily damaged, and the terrarium is packaged with 0.8-inch thick pearl wool to protect it during transportation.
The terrarium body is made of ABS plastic frames, and the top is a steel mesh screen cover that provides adequate ventilation and is safe for overhead heat sources, meeting the needs of reptile keepers. The terrarium is water-tight and can hold water, with the matched Reptile Carpet and Thermometer inside, suitable for various amphibians. The lock function makes the design more user-friendly.
