The Rep AB-3100 Adjustable Bench
The Rep AB-3100 Flat/Incline Adjustable Bench is designed to combine affordability with the utility and safety of a 1,000 lb rated bench. This heavy-duty, adjustable bench features several upgrades, including:
- Rubber feet on all 3 contact points for increased stability and less floor wear.
- Re-designed adjustment ladder for easier adjustment and quieter operation.
- Improved rear base design for easier assembly.
- Enhanced hinge design where the seat meets the back pad.
The generous 11.5" wide shoulder pad sits 17.5" off the floor in the flat position, with minimal gap between the seat and back at all angles. The heavy-duty frame, made from variable thickness 14 to 4 gauge square steel tubing, provides strength where needed while keeping the bench lightweight and easy to move.
With 6 ladder adjustments and 3 seat positions, the AB-3100 offers a full range of incline angles from flat to 85 degrees. Rubber-coated ladder pegs reduce noise and vibration, while the rear wheels make the bench easy to transport around the gym.
