From the brand, REP Fitness, based in Colorado, was founded by two gym-loving brothers in 2012. Offering a full line of gym gear designed by in-house, weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms, their equipment is designed for modern training and will stand by you on your hardest day. At REP, they believe that getting a PR is hard, but getting great gear shouldn't be.
The brothers, Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty, started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Their goal was to see people's eyes light up when they walked into the space and to bring back the art of customer experience. They also wanted to sell high-quality gear they would (and did) buy, use, and love themselves.
REP's respect for those who provide our freedom and security is what drove their desire to give back. In 2023, they chose to pledge $100,000 to three great charities that help military and first responder's families: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
