Established in Colorado, REP Fitness was founded in 2012 by two gym-enthusiast brothers. Offering a comprehensive range of gym equipment, from adjustable benches to plyoboxes and dumbbell sets, our in-house, weightlifting engineers have designed this gear for both commercial and home gyms. The REP journey began in Longmont, Colorado, where brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started the company in a 1,200-square-foot retail space with a two-car garage. They filled the space with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet. Although not a grand, flashy establishment, the brothers' vision was to create an exceptional customer experience. They aimed to sell high-quality gear that they would personally use and appreciate.
Driven by their respect for those who provide freedom and security, REP has made a pledge to give back. In 2023, the company committed $100,000 to three remarkable charities that support military and first responder families. This ensures the funds reach those in greatest need, continuing the tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and community. The three beneficiaries are the First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
