Established in Colorado in 2012, REP Fitness was founded by two gym-enthusiasts, brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty. The brothers started REP in a modest 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage in Longmont, Colorado, filled with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates. Their goal was to provide customers with an exceptional experience, aiming to rekindle the art of customer service. They wanted to offer equipment that they themselves would purchase, use, and appreciate.
