From Colorado, REP Fitness was founded by two gym-loving brothers in 2012. Offering a full line of gym gear designed by in-house, weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms, REP provides equipment for modern training that will stand by you on your hardest day. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started the company in Longmont, Colorado, in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage, filled with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates. Their goal was to bring back the art of customer experience and sell high-quality gear they would buy, use, and love themselves.
REP's respect for those who provide freedom and security drove their desire to give back. In 2023, they pledged $100,000 to three great charities that help military and first responder's families: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
REP's soft plyo box helps prevent injuries to shins on missed jumps, with wood and foam construction for stability on all sides. The specially developed textured cover adds traction to prevent slips. Fully assembled, the box is rated for 400lbs and helps overcome fears of missing a jump when tired or trying a new height.
